Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with BBG Wholesale. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent service to our valued wholesale customers. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- You received damaged or defective item(s)
- Items were missing from your shipment
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of damage or error (photos or video) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final for the following:
- Opened, used, or altered items
- Perishable, consumable, or health-related items (e.g., honey, supplements, gummies, pills)
- Clearance, promotional, or custom-labeled products
- Any item not reported within 7 days of delivery
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at info.bbgwholesale@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Include photo/video evidence of the issue if applicable.
- Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the agreement.
Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the outer packaging and all items received
- We may reship or issue a partial refund depending on the situation
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
