1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are processed same day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx (by request or depending on package size/destination)

You may also contact us to arrange your own carrier or send a prepaid shipping label.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Chosen shipping method

Discounted bulk shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery depends on your location and selected service. Most domestic orders are delivered within:

5. Local Pickup

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or estimated delivery date
  • Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

7. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

8. Backorders and Delays

  • You may choose to wait, substitute, or receive a partial refund
