Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BBG Wholesale. We aim to provide fast, reliable shipping to support your business needs. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Small-Parcel Orders (UPS/USPS/FedEx):
    Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST process the same business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day.

  • LTL Freight Orders:
    Palletized freight requires additional coordination. Orders received after 10:00 AM CST may not ship the same day. Please allow up to 1 business day to book and prepare the pallet.

  • We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Small-Parcel: UPS, USPS, and FedEx (on request or based on size/destination).

  • LTL Freight: We partner with reputable freight carriers for palletized shipments from our Texas warehouse to other U.S. states.

  • Customers may also arrange their own carrier or provide a prepaid label/BOL.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Small-Parcel: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.

  • LTL Freight: Exact cost is determined after your order is packed and pallet dimensions/weight are confirmed. A separate freight invoice will be provided before shipment.


4. Delivery Times

  • Small-Parcel:

    • Ground: 2–5 business days

    • Express: 1–3 business days (where available)

  • LTL Freight: Transit time varies by carrier, distance, and freight class. We will provide an estimated delivery window and tracking/PRO number once the pallet is booked.


5. Local Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect all deliveries upon arrival.

  • Report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery/estimated delivery date.

  • Provide your order number, photos, and any carrier paperwork noting damage.

  • We will assist in filing claims with the carrier.


7. Incorrect Addresses

  • We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Notify us immediately of any errors before the order ships. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.


8. Backorders & Delays

  • In rare cases of backorder, we will notify you to choose whether to wait, substitute, or receive a partial refund.

  • Weather events, carrier delays, or freight scheduling issues may extend delivery times.
